Before we touch a single thing, we go deep. Every dimension is measured, every constraint noted — ceiling heights, light, services.

Concept & materials
Layouts, palettes and materials are developed and questioned until they're right. Nothing moves forward until we're sure.

3D visualisation
You see the space before it's built. Renders let you approve every finish and piece before money is spent.

Sourcing
Good sourcing takes time. We find the right pieces — including our own Avond F&D furniture — so you don't live with the wrong ones.

Build & supervision
We manage the chaos stage on site, supervising trades and refining details as the space comes together.

Styling & reveal
The final layer: styling, lighting scenes and the details you'll never consciously notice — but always feel.
